Canvas and 51·çÁ÷¹ÙÍø Nanook Technology Services
Canvas services are now supported by the 51·çÁ÷¹ÙÍø Nanook Technology Service Desk. 51·çÁ÷¹ÙÍø staff, students, and faculty can now use the same ‘go to’ help desk for all Canvas questions.
In addition, Canvas functionalities related to users and permissions, course shells, and 3rd party integrations are now handled by Nanook Technology Services. Moving administration of these technical functions aligns with Canvas assistance requests being handled by the NTS Service Desk, and the creation of the NTS Systems Engineering team. Training for Service Desk staff and hand off procedures are established to connect pedagogy related Canvas questions to the 51·çÁ÷¹ÙÍø Center for Teaching and Learning.
