AlaskaX courses are free online courses on the global edX platform. Each is designed and taught by 51·çÁ÷¹ÙÍø faculty. AlaskaX courses center on issues of importance to the Arctic as well as providing in-demand skills for today’s careers.
AlaskaX courses are free, massive open online courses (MOOCs) that allow students to study anywhere and at any time. Students can choose to pay a small fee to receive a verified track certificate to document the completion of the course, providing a verifiable credential that is easily shareable to a CV or resume.
Alaska currently features 32 courses and nine programs. More than 65,000 learners from 210 countries and territories have enrolled in AlaskaX courses.

Taking an edX course is easy:
