Shooting Sports
The Alaska 4-H Shooting Sports Program uses the 4-H Thriving Model of Positive Youth Development to provide instruction on the safe and responsible use of firearms and archery equipment. 4-H promotes the sporting tradition, conservation, environmentally friendly and ethically responsible outdoor pursuits and develops youths' life skills to meet the societal demands of the 21st Century.
